Office Covid-19 Protocols
We are in unprecedented times and want every patient to know that we are making many changes in the management of the practice to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. We have installed in-house laundering with surgical level gowns, regular wearing of N95 masks, many different disinfection and sterilization tasks, protective glass at the front desk, air purification, etc. We greatly appreciate all our patients and their patience as we all work through this together to continue to provide you with safe dental care.
The method of operation has changed, and we will be having fewer patients in the office at one time, as well as try to manage patient flow to minimize contact between patients. We have instilled policies to accommodate these needs. Please understand, the phones are very busy and extra staffing has been provided to accommodate these phone calls. Please be patient with us as we try to attend to every ones needs. If we are not able to answer your calls, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly. If your issue is after hours and an emergency, please call Dr. Hubley or Dr. Coletti directly.
Scheduling:
When scheduling appointments, you will be asked several questions regarding your recent history. These questions will be asked again before you enter the office for your appointment. In order to minimize the number of patients in the office at one time, we are scheduling additional time for each appointment to allow for proper disinfection and sterilization.
Arriving for your appointment:
When you arrive to our location, please call us to let us know you have arrived. We will ask several questions again and then instruct you accordingly. When we are ready to bring you into the office, we will call you from your car to meet us at our office door. Please wear your own face covering, as we cannot provide patients with critical PPE needed by our office. You will be greeted outside our office door and have your temperature taken. We have hand sanitizer outside the office for your protection. You will be brought directly to the operatory where you will receive your treatment.
Completion of your appointment:
Upon completion of your visit, you will be directed to the front desk. You may have your masked donned at this time. We will then address copayments, follow-up appointments, etc. Upon completion of your needs, you may exit the office. Hand sanitizer is available at multiple locations throughout the office.
